About the Whiskerwitch Bakehouse

Hi, I’m Kathrin. I’m a mom and wife who started baking simply as a hobby and quickly fell in love with sharing my goodies with others. What began in my home kitchen grew into something much more, and in 2025, The WhiskerWitch Bakehouse officially came to life. Before that, you may have known me as Mama Katie’s Cozy Bakes.

At the heart of everything I bake is a love for nostalgic flavors and comforting experiences. I believe baked goods should feel familiar and cozy, like something made with care and meant to be shared. Each recipe is created with the goal of bringing warmth, comfort, and a sense of home with every bite.

The name WhiskerWitch Bakehouse comes from some of my favorite things: Dungeons and Dragons, Halloween, and cats. It reflects the playful, slightly magical spirit behind my baking and the joy I find in creating treats that feel both comforting and a little whimsical.
