Do you ship your baked goods?
At this time, we offer shipping local shipping and pickup only within the Greater Sacramento metropolitan area. We’re working on safe shipping options for select items in the future!.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing custom orders at least 5 - 7 days in advance.
For larger or specialty orders (events, multi-item boxes, catering), please allow 2 - 3 weeks.
Do you offer custom orders or designs?
Yes! We offer custom flavors, colors, and designs. Send us inspiration photos or describe your theme and we’ll create something magical for you.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?
We currently offer select gluten-friendly and egg-free options.
However: Our kitchen is not allergen-free, so cross-contamination is possible.
We recommend caution for severe allergies.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before pickup.
Within 48 hours, ingredients may already be prepped, so changes may not be possible.
How should I store the baked goods?
We include storage instructions with every order, but general rules:
Cookies: room temp up to 3 days
Cakes: refrigerate, bring to room temp before serving
Pastries: best enjoyed same day
For longer storage, most items can be frozen for 1–2 months.
Do you offer catering for parties or events?
Yes! We cater birthdays, small gatherings, workplace events, and seasonal celebrations.
